William Breisacher has been active in the real estate industry since 1976.  His career began as a full time real estate agent and, after meeting education and experience requirements, he became licensed as an associate broker.  From 1976 to 1987 he was not only engaged in the day to day routine of an associate broker but he also became involved in buying and selling properties for profit as well as rental income.  He first began doing residential real estate appraisals while still working as an associate broker.  In 1987 he left the real estate brokerage business and began doing appraisals on a full time basis.  Since then he has devoted 100% of his time to appraisals and has been licensed as a "Certified Residential Appraiser".  His experience covers Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties and includes a broad range of residential properties of every size, type, style and design.  He has performed appraisals for all purposes and his total experience includes approximately 11,000 appraisals of condominiums, single family houses and small 2-4 family properties.
